TP-Link TL-MR3220 – Description

3G/4G Wireless N Router

Seamless 3G/4G Sharing for Ultimate Mobility:

TP-Link TL-MR3220 3G/4G Wireless N Router is designed for users looking to share a mobile broadband connection anywhere, anytime. By connecting a compatible 3G/4G USB modem, this router instantly creates a Wi-Fi hotspot, allowing multiple devices—such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops—to access the Internet simultaneously. It offers the convenience of high-speed internet on the go, ideal for homes, small offices, or remote locations with limited wired infrastructure.

Extensive Modem Compatibility Tested in the Field:

One of the standout features of the TL-MR3220 is its wide compatibility with over 200 3G and 4G USB modems. TP-Link ensures excellent compatibility by rigorously testing its routers with the latest modems and local ISPs in regions where the product is sold. This commitment provides users with a reliable connection and peace of mind that their device will work seamlessly in their area.

Reliable Connection with 3G/4G and WAN Backup:

The router features a robust 3G/4G and WAN backup system to maintain an always-online internet experience. With dual backup modes—3G/4G Preferred and WAN Preferred—users can prioritize the most cost-effective or reliable connection type based on their needs. This flexibility ensures minimal downtime, making the router an excellent choice for both primary and failover internet connectivity.

Wireless N Speed and Extended Coverage:

Supporting IEEE 802.11n standards, the TL-MR3220 delivers wireless speeds of up to 150Mbps. Its enhanced range makes it suitable for medium to large spaces, including multi-room apartments and small offices. Unlike older 11g routers, it minimizes signal loss over distance and through physical barriers, allowing users to enjoy strong, stable connections even in challenging environments.

Effortless Security and Bandwidth Control:

Security is simplified with one-touch WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), enabling users to set up encrypted wireless connections quickly. It also supports WPA/WPA2 encryption standards, ensuring your network is protected from unauthorized access. Additionally, the built-in bandwidth control feature allows administrators to allocate specific bandwidth limits to each connected device, promoting fair usage and reducing network congestion.

Ideal Solution for On-the-Go Internet Access:

Combining mobility, speed, and reliability, the TP-Link TL-MR3220 is a perfect solution for users needing flexible internet access. Whether at home, on the road, or in temporary setups, this router ensures a smooth and secure online experience with both wired and wireless options.
